President and Founding co-owner, Veritas Assurance Partners 2010 – Present Effectively provides sophisticated and sensitive investigative, political and policy support to over 50 US and foreign corporations and two dozen prestigious law firms in the US, Latin America and the Middle East concerning multi-million-dollar disputes and sensitive investigations.
Staff Judge Advocate (SJA) U.S. and Coalition Forces in Afghanistan 2005 - 2006 Responsible for legal support to 30,000 coalition forces in Afghanistan. Led over 60 attorneys performing complex missions throughout Afghanistan.
Executive Officer and Special Counsel to the Army General Counsel 2004 - 2005 Served as a senior military advisor to the politically appointed US Army General Counsel and managed operations for 30 lawyers and 20 support personnel at highest level of the Department of the U.S. Army.
SJA – U.S. Southern Command 2000 – 2003 Responsible for managing U.S. military matters related to ethics and fraud investigations, criminal prosecutions, international negotiations, security assistance, civil-military relations, rule of law, and developmental aid activities throughout Latin America and the Caribbean; guided over 30 attorneys.

Ensured lawful, practical and effective initiation and implementation of “Plan Colombia,” the U.S. government’s cornerstone counter-drug program for Latin America.

Successfully fought for compliance with Law of War at the onset of the Guantanamo detention operations.
SJA – U.S. Army South, 1996 – 1998 Led legal office of 25 military lawyers in Panama, focused primarily on resolving the legal and political roadblocks surrounding the return of the Panama Canal to the government of Panama.
Criminal litigator - 24th Inf Div, Mech, & 19th Support Command, ROK, 1982 – 1987 Prosecuted 150 Courts-Martial.
