About Jacob Jimenez
Jacob A. Jimenez has been an active member of Miami Beach VFW Post No. 3559 since joining in 2018. He previously served as Post Commander and has held the position of Quartermaster since 2021.
Jacob is a dedicated member of the U.S. Navy Reserves, with more than 21 years of service across multiple commands, including the Maritime Civil Affairs and Security Training Command (MCAST), Navy Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 14 (Seabees), and currently the Joint Intelligence Operations Center Southern Command Unit 0174, Information Dominance Corps Region Southeast. His active-duty mobilizations include service at the Theater Field Confinement Facility, Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, and the Office of Military Commissions (OMC) at U.S. Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
As a seasoned First Class Petty Officer, Jacob is committed to the Navy’s core values of honor, courage, and commitment.
