Miami Ruck Club 2nd Anniversary July 5th Ruck with City of Miami Beach, VFW, and Boucher Brothers!

Join Commissioner Alex Fernandez, Miami Ruck Club, and the VFW on July 5th for a 4-mile beach ruck as we celebrate America’s 250th birthday through movement, wellness, and community.

A ruck is a walk with purpose while carrying a backpack or weighted vest. All fitness levels are welcome, and participants may bring a pack, weighted vest, or simply show up ready to move.

This event is about more than fitness. It is about bridging the gap between physical health and mental wellness by bringing our community together in a positive, active, and meaningful way.

After the ruck, the celebration continues with a full wellness event featuring community partners, energy, connection, and good vibes.
