Ruckers!!! Miami Ruck Club is celebrating its 1 Year Anniversary with Miami Beach VFW and City of Miami Beach by doing a historic military site 5k ruck along preeminent landmarks of Miami Beach! Led by Marines and open to all! One Ruck. One Community.
In WW2 Miami Beach was the home and training ground for over 500,000 soldiers where over 200 hotels were converted into barracks. During this ruck we will hit some of these historic land marks including The Breakwater Hotel, Drake, The Cadet, the Baseball Field in Flamingo Park and ending at the oldest and still in operation military historical site the Miami Beach VFW Post 3559.
Sponsored and supported by Commissioner Alex Fernandez and the City of Miami Beach this will be one to remember as you will complete intelligence "missions" during the Ruck just like in the military where we "Ruck" to the mission site.
