Join the VFW and Miami Brickyard for a morning of movement, storytelling, and shared community at the beach. On Saturday, April 11th, we’re inviting neighborhood children, students, families, and friends to gather for an energizing outdoor workout followed by a community brunch on the beach.
The morning will begin with a guided, all-levels workout designed to build strength, connection, and resilience, core values that shape both physical fitness and civic life. Afterward, we’ll share brunch together (provided by Miami Brickyard) and create space for meaningful conversation.
